This book was a great habit forming book. Perfect to read before you start your day (not while in bed) with little tips to take with you and implement immediately. Start reading it when you feel your motivated and it will get you on the right track. I found it very helpful both from a fitness perspective (sticking to it) and daily habit forming. I've found over the last month it help improve my morning ritual to get my day on the right track. Nothing profound, just simple daily remedies to keep your energy positive and your focus on what is most important to you.
