Living with a Seal & Benjamin Franklin

Ambition, self-motivation, leadership, entrepreneurialism, strategic thinking, problem-solving these are a few of the qualities the Benjamin Franklin and Jesse Itzler share. Now one had the opportunity to use these skills to build our country the other parlayed his skills into a rap career and multiple successful businesses. If you were to transplant each character into the others time period, I feel both Ben and Jesse would have similar personal success. For it is their personal qualities, inner drive, and self-motivation that allow them to succeed.

As I worked through these books, I found myself often comparing the accomplishments of Ben and Jesse. This reflection was motivating to realize that there is always more to do and accomplish. Both books also highlighted that the most important factor; attitude. With a positive attitude, anything can be achieved.
