For me this book was a bit of an eye opener on organizing/prioritizing things in our lives. Not only prioritizing things in our work environments, but also at home and outside of the office. By prioritizing things we are able to work with focus towards something, rather than trying to tackle numerous goals in all different directions. What I took most from it was to set the things that are most important to us and pretty much stick to our guns. Not doubling back to change plans or accommodate other things we may want or what others want to do, and in doing so build better relationships and a less stressful lifestyle. I see myself utilizing some of the lessons learned from it by dissecting and planning my options before jumping immediately into decisions. Side note: there was a chapter on sleep that I found to be particularly interesting. Its something that we constantly hear is essential to our daily functions, but really don't know many facts about. I thought this book provided some good insight into it and how lack of sleep has been a symbol of hard work and effort, where as people are now starting to conform to the idea that sleep produces more efficient work/thoughts without the wasted time.
